Roganstown Hotel & Country Club is a beautiful country house hotel, near Dublin Airport, Swords, Co. Dublin. It offers luxury 4 star hotel accommodation in spectacular country surroundings. Accommodation includes 52 luxury bedrooms, a superb restaurant and a vibrant bar. Other facilities include a fantastic leisure centre, a health and beauty spa, and an 18 hole championship golf course.
iCreative iMail Marketing Solution
Problem:
Roganstown Hotel had an existing contact list with over 10,000 email addresses. The list included a large number of bad addresses and duplicate emails which caused them a huge amount of problems in lost time and resources whenever they tried to use the list to contact potential leads. Their website also had an online newsletter signup feature, however these emails never got added to their email database and were simply lost after the user signed up.
Solution:
iCreative implemented their own "iMail" marketing solution to solve Roganstown's problem. The "iMail Software" allowed Roganstown to import their email list of over 10,000 addresses. This web based software then automatically cleansed the list by removing all incorrect email addresses and also any duplicate email addresses. When Roganstown sent out their first email newsletter, the system also automatically processed all the bounced email addresses and provided statistics on their open rates and most popular links.
We also developed custom email templates for Roganstown Hotel making sure that is was completely integrated with their existing brand. These email templates could be easily updated by Roganstown allowing them to send out special offers to a targeted group of clients.
Outcome:
Roganstown were able to reduce a list of over 10,000 "unclean" email addresses to a "clean" list of just over 6,700 email addresses. To do this manually would have taken weeks, but with the iCreative iMail solution it was acheived in under an hour.
The Roganstown.com website now has a new newsletter signup process which is integrated with their iMail solution. Their list is automatically managed with subscribes and unsubscribes and Roganstown now receives over 30 new possible sales leads every week.
With our iMail solution Roganstown are able to send out targeted newsletter campaigns and autoresponders to potential clients based on their signup preferences. Statistics on all campaigns are also provided which show Roganstown their email open rate, who opened the emails, what links were clicked, the most popular links and much much more.
Roganstown staff can now add clients to their email list and these clients are sent automatic email follow ups and any special offers available. Their email list management experience is much easier and more efficient and allows Roganstown more time to focus on generating sales from their website.
